SHRED SHED STUDIO CLASSES
Every week, small group classes are offered Monday – Friday in the morning to the evening! The classes are unique ranging from Butts & Guts, Turbokick, Total Body Transformation and Shred Shed Interval Training! The schedule varies week to week! Contact to learn more!
