SHRED SHED STUDIO CLASSES
Every week, small group classes are offered Monday – Friday in the morning to the evening! The classes are unique ranging from Butts & Guts, Turbokick, Total Body Transformation and Shred Shed Interval Training! The schedule varies week to week! You must sign up to reserve your spot in the Shred Shed – 5 max. Please join Shred Shed Studio Facebook Page to access the Shred Shed Schedule and to stay current with Team Shred events & challenges.

The Core for Runners Series is a 4 – week class designed for runners to help improve core strength, posture and running form offered 7:30 am – 8:30 am.

Join Kaylin Russeau Fitness for a fun & energizing Bootcamp class being offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:15 – 7:15pm! Drop Ins are welcome!
