What a beautiful fall day! 🍁

At the Treetown Track Meet, Michelle and Craig crushed their track miles! Craig ran a lifetime PR of 5:51 and Michelle capped her mile racing season with a strong race! Both athletes flew on the track and I think they'll be back next year! ;)

What a fun clinic with our running crew going over activation exercises, drills, dynamic mobility, legs swings and strides.
